Can I load LightAct license on a Notch dongle

Hello,

I have a CodeMeter dongle (for Notch) and I tried to use that but there was no LightAct vendor in the list. I actually tried to add the New Vendor in CmFAS assistant but I got an error…

I wonder if the dongle is too old or something.

Hello,

Yes, the dongle needs to have serial number that is larger than 3-344…

We’ve updated our documentation to reflect that.
