Hi,
I’m running a fixed installation in a museum in lucerne switzerland with lightact solo 4000 and notch.
It worked fine for about half a year but suddenly it could not open the software, with or without the show file. The version installed was 3.6.4 - 54
Now I installed the latest version 3.7.5 and it seems to work again.
I have two questions:
Is my licence working with 3.6 and 3.7?
Why did this happen?
