Is it possible to loop between markers?

Yes, you’ve got 2 options:
- Option 1 is by using Run on Marker node (please note, this node is broken in 3.6.1, but as it will be fixed in 3.6.2, I’m writing this here anyway)
- Option 2 is by using Current Sequence Info and Marker Properties node and triggering an If node when the times equal.
