The frame part of the Set timecode Time node doesn't work properly

I connected a Set timecode Time node to Tick to try to synchronize with the time on another timeline, but it didn’t work.
The timecode up to H:M:S is working fine, but the frame part isn’t moving.

Thank you for posting on AnswerHub.
I tested this in version 4.11.4 and you’re right — the frame part of the timecode doesn’t move.
However, I also checked in the latest beta release and the issue is already fixed there.

To add to Nejc’s answer, the only right way of syncing one timeline to the other is by using the embedded Syncing mechanism as shown on this screenshot:
