Unreal Engine Integration

I’ve got 2 questions:

  • can I share cameras between UE and Lightact?
  • is there any support for real time camera tracking systems (ncam, mo-sys etc)?

In regards to your first question:
yes, you can share cameras between UE and LA. Check out this tutorial.

In regards to your second question:
I checked ncam briefly. It looks interesting. From what I understand, if we can get the camera coordinates to Lightact with UDP (or is it using a different protocol?) then it shouldn’t be a problem to convert it to accurate UE4 camera coordinates. This tutorial doesn’t focus exactly on what you are asking, but it might be useful.
