Getting Blacktrax signal

Blacktrax signal is not received from lightAct.
I’ve also finished disabling the firewall.
At software disguise, I have confirmed that the Blacktrax signal comes in well at the same computer.

I wonder which configuration should I use to the lightAct to get the signal from blackTrax.
because, I could not find lightAct document for the blackTrax configuration.

lightAct blackTrax node show me it failed to bind.

I attached my blackTrax setting also.

Hi,

Bind failed means that the port BlackTrack reader tries to listen to, is already used. It might be that the other software you are using, has locked the port already.

If possible try to disable any other software that’s locking the port or change the port itself.
