Incorrect resolution detected in video output mapping

I have three screens attached to the same graphics card on my PC; two monitors and one TV. They are all set to FHD resolution (1920 x 1080).

When I try to map the output from the Video Output window, it shows the monitors at 1920 x 1080, but the TV is shown at 1280 x 720. I tried using a custom entry (at 3840, 0) but the end result is the same.

Does this have something to do with the licensing? I have the 2 x HD outputs option (although I am only using one screen at a time)?

Hello,

Could you please post a screenshot of that right click menu in the Video output setup window with detected resolutions?

Also, please make sure that the scaling of the window is set to 100%. That’s a setting in Windows display properties.

Best regards,
Mitja

Thanks Mitja. Setting the scaling in the Windows Display Properties and re-starting LightAct did the trick!

The scaling was set to 150% on that screen for some reason.

I really appreciate your swift and efficient assistance!
